“We had a number of new people join us this summer, and it was a joy to watch new friendships form, witness people start to learn and celebrate each other. I continue to be humbled by the deep connections formed among my friends with and without disabilities, reminding me that building community is the most empowering, sustainable, joyful thing that I could be doing with my summers.”
